- The department runs four year degree course in engineering and two year post graduate course (M.Tech.) in Electronics Engineering.

- To keep in touch with latest technology useful for students, the faculty attends Workshops, Seminars, National & International Conferences and presents papers in International Journals regularly.

- Annual industrial tours are organized for the students to get first-hand experience of the industry. Department faculty is also tied with various industries for projects.
- The focus of research by the department is on diverse aspects of signals and communication systems through cross layer designs and error control coding techniques.

After Successful completion of Course students attain:
